I need a DVI monitor

I want to purchase a good DVI monitor and use it as a main monitor while using my old VGA one as the second monitor in my dual monitor set up.

Which monitor does CE recommend?

These are the monitors I have so far. Does anyone have and good suggestions other than these?

Also, is there a significant difference between 8ms and 2ms? This monitor will be used for gaming (Counter Strike: Source and AC series for now)

fill out the new monitor advice form so that all the details are out in the open and i'm sure you'd get more responses. we need to know things like budget, size, res, type of panel, etc....

as long as the monitor has a maximum response time of less than 16ms i doubt you will ever notice it. i'd be more worried about quality as for a 2ms response time you're going to be running a TN panel which are pretty much the lowest tier. they work fine but pale in comparison to va, e-ips and ips is even better yet.

everything depends on your budget and expectations. filling out the form will tell us all that information.
