I'm looking to buy a 22" glossy monitor 1080p/1200. It's really important for me the monitor to be glossy because I'm used to them and where I work I have no problem with reflections. I would watch movies on it too but I don't think I care too much if the panel is TN or IPS.
I found just one Dell monitor, but it has speakers and it's touchscreen. It's around 300$ but I don't care about speakers and certainly won't need the touch features so I feel that I would spend more money on something I would not need or use.
