yes. it will support GT 620.

actually your processor is not very strong. if you use a stronger GPU it will be a bottleneck & it wont suit well.
so GT 620 it self be the correct choice.

What are you planning to use the video card for? That is a pretty old and slow CPU. If you are planning it for games, unless you are going to be playing older ones, it won't do.
