I need a good mobo that is good for a blue/black setup(intel i7 4790k)

Solution
No, DDR3 will not work in these motherboards. There are a few boards out there that support both, but I don't see a blue/black one.

You can cut it down to 2x4GB (8GB total), to cut the RAM price down.

How about the latest i5, latest Z170 mobo, and latest DDR4, all in blue and black for $40 under your budget?

Note, you can't OC this. If you REALLY want to OC, bump up to a i5-6600k and you'll need an aftermarket fan, like the CM EVO 212, putting you a little over budget.
