A good quality 850W PSU will do. As you can see in the link attached, GTX 780ti SLI will use around 617w/52 Amps at 100% load i.e unrealistic stress test , no real world gaming. http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/gtx_780_ti_sli_geforce_review,4.html

These two PSU's have 70 Amps on the 12v rail, plenty of headroom.

If your not populating the first DIMM slot nearest the CPU, it's more likely to fit. If you'd prefer peace of mind, just get "low profile" ram, the fancy heatsink's are more eye candy then practical anyway. And 1600-1866Mhz is fine, the cost v's performance of faster ram above this is a waste IMO.
