I need a GPU recommendation

I'm looking to buy a new GPU under under the 50 Dollar mark, and I want to get at least 30 fps on GTA V in 720p, and performance like that. Could someone recommend some cards? Also, I would preferably like a low profile card.

My specs are :
Intel Core i5 2400
8gb ddr3 RAM
Radeon HD 6450 MSI 1gb ddr3 ( It sucks so that's why I want something different )

With that budget you've got to scavenge your local Craigslist, Kijiji and Facebook groups.

I would aim for a 7970, my GTA v was very playable with that card , your only problem is that GTA is quite cpu heavy and your 2400 is going to be the one letting you down
