Hey so I recently purchased basically all my components:

CPU: AMD fx 8350
Motherboard: Asus M5a97 r2.0
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaw 2x4gb
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1tb
PSU: Rosewill 630watt 80+ bronze
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium

Now all I need is a GPU, since I have a monitor, keyboard mouse ect.
I'll be using this for gaming, video editing, ect. I'm looking to do some recording and all that so if there's a better GPU for recording then please push me towards that! I am on a budget, I have $250 left to spend, and may be able to fork out more depending on if I really want it, but I really really want to keep the price down. I'd like to play games in 1080p, 60fp+ ultra settings. So if you guys could direct me to a gpu that would give that to me, I'd be so happy.

Games I play: Borderlands, COD, DayZ, garrys mod, maybe some battlefield 4, and other titles if I decide to try them!

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me!

Techgeek is right. You can get the new GTX 970 for $329, and it is very powerful...That is my recommendation.

Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Video Card ($329.99 @ Micro Center)
Total: $329.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

But if you want to stay in your $250 range, I would suggest the 280x, which is equal to the 770, depending on the game. It's definitely better than the 760 that nicoli suggested above.

Here are a few charts of some popular game titles with a lot of different GPU's. This should help you make your decision.
