i need a help in a choice my new pc build

Hi everyone , now i have this pc specs:

CPU: AMD FX6300
RAM: 8GB Crucial Ballistics Sport
GPU: Sapphire TRI-X R290 4GB OC

I want to buy a new CPU: intel core i5 4690k or i7 4790k. So how much better i7 4790k then i5 4690k in games? because if its 3-5 fps, i will not buy i7.

PS and how much need power PSU for two graphics cards (crossfirex) what i have now?
