I need a laptop but there is to much choice

I'm just getting to the point without to much extra text.

1. What is your budget?
Limited student budget, please keep it as low as possible while still providing decent preformance.
<700€ (~774 usd)

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
14-15 inch

3. What screen resolution do you want?
idc

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
I need a portable laptop, but weight isn't really a concern.

5. How much battery life do you need?
If possible 8+ hrs (more = better)

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
No, none at all.

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)
Word, excel, ppt,...
Also sometimes the edit button on the windows photo viewer

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
Little 128-256? (got an external hard drive)

9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links.
Anything I can get in Europe (Belgium)

10. How long do you want to keep your laptop?
5 years (aka until I graduate)

11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?
DVD would be nice

12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons.
I like anything that works for me.

13. What country do you live in?
Belgium

OS: Windows 10 home
Keyboard: AZERTY, but if I order one here it will almost certainly be this, it is hard to get QUERTY here
Numberpad would be nice
Trackpad ofc
USB: at least 3 (and at least one has to be USB 3.0)
HDMI if possible
Probaly more but I don't know what

If you are looking at 8+ hours of battery backup, you're essentially going to need an ultrabook, 13 to 14 inch with no numpad and no optical drive.

Acer Swift 3 14 and Lenovo Ideapad s340 14 could be great options, but if willing to spend more then you can consider some Microsoft Surface laptop.

Optical drive you can only get in HP 15 and Dell Inspiron 5570 15.
