I need a little help regarding my new build!

Hello guys! Im interested in you opinion! Im bulding a new pc for CSGO etc. I Currently have a really old motherboard, an Intel q8400 quad cpu, and 4 gigs of ddr2 ram + GTX 560ti 2gb. Im looking forward to freshen the mobo cpu and ram, but keep the gpu since im on a budget. Do you think these things listed at the bottom worth it and will suit as a good upgrade? Thanks in advance!
CPU: AMD A10 X4 7700K (or the A10 7680k but i dont know if the money worth the bonus performance)
MOBO: ASRock FM2A88M-HD+ R3.0
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 2133MHz

I think all things you mentioned there are great options oh and by the way I would go with the 7700k the performance difference is not worth the price
