Nothing is future proof. Not in Technology atleast. a high end Graphics card of the year will last 2 Generations of games after its generation. So your GTX 770 is good but if you want to go far, get the Titan.

thanks i got where your coming from but what about bottlenecking, also any suggestions about my build?

i would upgrade to an i7 4th gen. which is more future proof and wont bottleneck the GPU and you can quad SLI in the future with it

a 4th gen i7 with even 2 cards would be well above a $1500 price point.

I would really reccomend not getting a titan. Its a fail in comparison to a gtx 780. The 780 is much cheaper and gets near titan performance (even passes it if overclocked). Do not get a titan. Get a gtx 780, much cheaper for same/similar performance, so you could sli for much cheaper and get excellent performance
