I need a montor...where do i start?

I have been looking for a monitor forever, and i just dont know where to go with a budget of 200ish bucks. Everone has their opinions, and i know i wont find one with everything i want, but i'm asking the community for help because i have been looking for way to long. I want IPS and 2k if possible. Im willing to look at any brand. Thanks in advance.

Keep in mind that a 1440p monitor is very taxing on a video card, so if you are gaming and have a low or mid-range video card under say a GTX 1070, you'll be playing most recent AAA title games well below 60FPS.
