I need a mother bored that is good for my Amd fx9370 and my GTX 770

i have bought and amd fx 9370 and a gtx 770 but when i play games there is a really bad fps drop. i can't even play borderlands 2 on max graphics without running at about 20-30 fps. my friend told me this a bottle neck issuse with my mother bored and cpu. i bought an asus m5a97 R2.0 which i now know that is not compatable with my cpu. so if anybody could help me find the best mother bored for my build that would be great.

P.S. my budget is about 100-200$
