I need a motherboard that will support these parts and the cost of the motherboard cant exceed 100euro incl shipping.
Here are the parts I need the mobo to be compatible with
FX 8350 8x4ghz 125W
PSU cx750 corsair
Radeon HD 7850 2gb sapphire
4gb ram ddr 3 1600mhz
Sata 2 slots (although I heard sata 3 slots can operate sata2)
If there is anyway for the motherboard to be microATX it would be much better for me but I dont mind buying atx as long as its 90euro or below.

ALso if you guys could tell me if this is what I am looking for

Solution
The motherboard you provided would work. The Asrock 970M Pro3 , if not the ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS are two matx boards that will work fine. not sure on the price

The ASRock you've selected has a Power Phase Design of 4+1, which is ok. Since you've a beefy FX 8350 with 125W TDP, I would suggest a motherboard with better 8+2 Power Phase Design. Please consider this, which meets all your requirements and its a quality ATX board:

You could save a couple of euros and get this, which has a 4+2 Power Phase Design, which is still better than the ASRock. It's a budget crowd's favorite choice for FX 8350:

Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard (€82.40 @ Amazon Espana)

I will buy the 970m pro3 asrock since its an mATX card and that is what I would prefer because if I get an ATX card I need to buy a new case to fit the board inside which would cost me another 40 euro and I don't have that much . Thanks.
