Case Fan: 3-4 ok sized fan

OS: Windows 10

Solution

your 7650k apu currently uses 2gb of your system ram & around 15w of its tdp to run the integrated graphics.
dropping a rx 460 in there instantly gives you your full ram usage back,& leaves you clear headromo for overclocking the cpu portion if you want to.
The gammax is a budget cooler but a very very good one mate.

My budget it £100-£150 and I want to use this for gaming.

If I get the fan will it stop my PC from overheating. Is that fan for overclocking???

Itll run silent 90% of the time, itll keep that cpu 55c or lower 90% of the time too - overclocked or not.
Its there to give you the option to if you want to .

your cpu running at 3.8ghz with a rx 460 will let you game at medium settings on new titles at 40-50fps.
That is honestly the best your going to do with a 150 quid budget regarding your current components.
Itll be money well spent & I cant see you being disappointed coming from integrated graphics at all.

PSU - pretty poor quality but its not going to be under any undue stress with a rx 460

I agree 100% with madmatt30. You'll see the most gain by adding a GPU, and not using the integrated one. Your CPU is still rather weak, but it should do alright so long as your expectations aren't really high. When it's time to replace, expect to spend at least $250, because you'll need a new motherboard and RAM too.

I understand the new motherboard, but why new ram
