Hi I'm looking to build a new gaming system for atleast 750 to 800. It should be able to run skyrim without lagging and games like that.

Solution
We'll need more information before we can offer any suggestions:
1: Where are you buying? (country and state/province needed, city ideal)
2: Is gaming the only intended use of the system?
3: Do you only require the components of the system unit itself, or do you also need an OS, monitor, and/or peripherals?
4: Do you wish to overclock?
5: Do you have any parts preferences or requirements?

Answering those will leave us in a much better position to offer advice.

It can't be overclocked, but it has a solid processor and a GPU which can max most current games (and all the games you listed). The biggest weak link would be the case (which, frankly, is rather poor), but I didn't want to push it over budget or take a hit in another area for a case.
Note: You would need to pick up the CPU at the Microcenter in Boston.
