I need a new Graphics card Req. Sapphire fan keeps going

I'm not a huge gamer, but I would like something that can play somewhat recent games on high res. I'm on my second or third Sapphire R7 260 the bearing on the fan keeps going and getting loud.

I'm thinking of just going with something Nvida, would the GTX750 be comparable graphics wise to the R7 260? Something passive cooled like this might be something I'd be better off with http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121911 I can't stand cheap/bad bearing sounds on fans

Any other suggestions for $150 and under?

Thanks, I'm still not sure which way to go Nvida or ATI not sure if there all going to have crummy fans or if I just have bad luck
