Question I need a new pc build

So I wanna build a new pc, I want a good base system that I can upgrade in the future, it would be good if under 300eur + gpu for a total budget of around 450-550eur
I prefer ryzen but if it's necessary to go with intel to stay under the budget that's okay.

It did but I got an Xbox and put it off for a while, and now a lot of the items have been removed from the store
