I currently have this.

CPU = Athlon II X3 445 Rana

RAM = 2GB DDR2-800

Mobo = ECS GF8100vm-m5

PSU = Cheapy 500W

GPU/Card = XFX GT240 512DDR5

Please help me, if I have left anything out tell me.

I would like to keep it very low budget, so I need a new graphics card, new mobo and memory and then that will be OK?

Please help me.

If you're upgrading everything I'd ditch the Athlon II for a Phenom II x6. Yeah a lot of people here will tell you the i5 is better ad nauseum, but I really like the Phenom II and it helps keep things under budget. For the motherboard, don't settle for anything less than the 990FX, it's easily $50 cheaper than just about any Intel equivalent and you have an upgrade path for when the Bulldozer / FX series are available.

As for the video card, I love the Radeon 6800 series - very easy cards to work with, and the GTX 560 are really good as well.

I'd also upgrade the PSU to a Corsair or Antec 600 watt at least, depends on what your primary use is. I wouldn't touch a cheapo, no-name PSU with a 10-foot pole.

PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX600 - $69.99
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 - $149.99
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 Black Edition T1100 - $199.99
RAM: Patriot Gamer 2 Series PC 1600MHz 8GB (2 x 4GB) - $52.99
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212+ - $29.99
Video Card: XFX Radeon HD 6870 - $169.99

Total: $672.99
