I need a offline Ninite kind of program

Hi Internet,

So i work for an IT company and what i want is to be able to take a bunch of local installers (not download on site) compressed into one wizard which allows me to skip installs of programs they may already have or not want. (Doesn't have to be a free software, will consider paid options)
