I need a PC build

I want a PC build that can play Minecraft optifine(hd mod)at 1080p 60fps ultra, overwatch 1080p 60fps ultra, and gta 5 at high-ultra 60fps. I rarely do editing(I only use gimp and movie studio 12).
Budget is $700.

Had to cut a few corners to make an i5-6500 and GTX 1060 (Overwatch prefers Nvidia) fit into a $700 build, but this will do what you ask. Eventually you'll want to upgrade to 16gb of memory and add a second SSD since you'll probably fill the 120gb pretty fast. The motherboard isn't chock full of features either.
