I need a powerful PC spec for a business company

Hello,
I need help with a PC full specifications needed to easily handle large reports analysis (3-4 million rows in Excel) and running Pivots/functions smoothly or analyzing the data on Tableau smoothly for the department I work at.
My current i7 6600K processor and 16RAM is very slow when performing VLOOKUPs on Excel or analyzing the data on Tableau. I need to build 1 powerful PC in our large department to handle any assignment. Please help.

Thanks for your response. Budget is open as long as it can handle our Excel work smoothly. Country is Saudi Arabia. I was checking dell's precision Tower PCs at below link:

So I see the default processor is: Intel Xeon Gold 6130 2.1GHz, 3.7GHz Turbo, 16C, 10.4GT/s 3UPI, 22MB Cache, HT (125W) DDR4-2666

1- The base speed is 2.1GHz which is slow, but it has 16 cores. Does this mean it will perform much better than my i7 6600K?
If I need to upgrade it to another processor in the list, which one should I choose for my tasks?

2- What is Dell Ultra-Speed Drives (PCIe SSDs) ? is it worth it?

3- Should I add a 2nd processor?

4- Anything I need to change or add from the Dell's specification list ?

That dell you have listed there looks fine for what you need. 6300 is a good price for that performance
