I need a psu for dell optiplex 755 sff

Solution
Think you need to look at something like these,

whether they are worth the money on such an old system is up to you and realize that the gtx 1060 needs to be a low profile part if there are any,which i doubt.
The gtx 1050 ti does have low profile ones

and with that would you have no need for a pcie connector so cheaper models of the psu might do evenly well,like maybe this one if the one that is in the psu is really underpowered,

Solution
Its worth noting that whilst the GFX card requires X_amount of power, you need to consider that the motherboard and the components on it were manufactured for the rating of the original PSU.

Adding a GTX 1060ti to a 755 SFF is PROBABLY possible, but it's not worth it. The best CPU you can get would still under perform for the grade of graphics card you're looking to include.

You have a few options here;

If you want to use the 1060Ti, dont use a 750 SFF it just won't work.
If you want to use the 750 SFF, use a low-profile fanless graphics card such as the 1030 low profile

These systems can make for a fun and educational project and understanding their limitations is part of that experience.

Hope this helps

There are no low profile GTX1060, and SFF PSU with a 6 pin PCIe are very rare also. Seasonic had one, and FSP had some too. But getting your hands on one is different matter. I would avoid other brands. I would suggest getting an MT size Optiplex. 755,760 780 all run the Q9650 CPU, the 780 has 16GB DDR3 1066 RAM support. The ZOTAC GTX1050Ti MINI fits them, and the MSI GTX10603G OCV1 can be modded to fit easily. A hidden gem among Optis is the Opti380 MT. It only supports 8GB DDR3 1066 in 2 slots, but Xeon X5470 runs. I paid $20 for mine. Any ATX PSU fits an opti MT. But the dell 375W from a T3400 workstaions is just about perfect. In fact the whole t3400 is fun. QX9650 @ 4.15GHZ and dual GPU fun. But it does require a litttle more budget.
Here's my OPti 380 project.
