I need a router for a 2,000 sqft. office

It's a great but very expensive router. But for what you're doing, consider the cost of the time spent waiting on file transfers over a the crowded wifi. Also, walls will kill those high 5 GHz AC speeds adding to the bottlenecks on the 2.4 Ghz wifi. So you'll need more than a single wifi access point to reliability get the work done if this is not a fully open floor plan. Consider the economics of wiring up the PC's with gigabit ethernet and putting a few access points in the ceiling for mobile devices. Office networks need to be a solid working systems.
