Question I need a specific feature in a video conferencing app. Anybody know of one that can do this...?

Not really sure what you are trying to do here, are you just trying to selectively mute attendee audio from a central point? So you would see who is connected to the video conference and have a mute selection to their remote audio? Or do you want something more complex where 1 can hear 2 but can't hear 3 and 3 can hear 2 but can't hear 1? That type of setup I don't think any program is setup to do.
