So here's the thing, if you want a water cooler, that's cool. Corsair makes some good ones. If you're concerned with temps, a water cooler isn't really necessary. You can achieve similar results with an air cooler for a lower cost. For example, the H100 is a water cooler. The Cryorig is an air cooler with a 2 degree difference. The H100 is $100 USD. The Cryorig is $35USD.

What's the purpose of a water cooler if you're not going to overclock?

@Jack, can you please list out your entire build and intentions? Those kind of play a factor. Also, watercooler don't necessarily have benefits over standard air coolers.
