Question I need a Wifi Extender

Hello,

My Comcast modem is in the front bedroom in my house. I also have the wireless router right next to it. Unfortunately the signal does not cover the entire house or backyard. I am not able to move the modem or router and need a wifi extender. Can someone suggest one that works well without costing too much?

On Amazon the TP Link N300 Extender is on sale for $15 and the Netgear N300 for $25

You can keep the modem where it is, and run (long) Ethernet cable to the router' WAN port, with router placed for better reception. Another way is to move the router again, but use PowerLine adapters for modem-to-router connection.
