I need help whit something.My 5 year old laptop can't even run csgo on 30 fps so i decided to look for a new pc at my local store now i got a question witch is better.

Of course im your typical gamer who want's the best performance and high or medium graphics's.

I would personally go with the second one as the GPU is less power hunger and from what I can see slightly better overall ( http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-R9-380-vs-GeForce-GTX-960 ), also you get an SSD.
