Im currently trying to build a good Gaming Desktop for around $600-$820 USD. I have some of the parts already in my possession.

-Optical Drive
-HDD
-Networking Cards
-USB cards
-Fans
-Windows OS

I was going to build an AMD desktop using the following Specs

But with the price range I dont know whether to remain to building an AMD system or to move to an Intel System. I plan to do Intensive Gaming (New Gen, GTA 5, BF4, BF3, H1Z1, DayZ, Arma 3, and other games on steam), Video Development, Game & App Development, Coding, and Streaming gameplay to Twitch. While also being able to Multitask with more than one window open. Would the current setup be suitable to do such, or is an Intel based build recommended to keep up with these activities.

Solution
For what you are doing going with the 8350 isn't a bad choice. But I suggest going with a less expensive case (and definitely a non-full tower atx one), and ditching the water cooler. I also suggest getting and SSD for your OS as the OS will be loaded on one of those slow laptop drives which would get really annoying with day-day use.

I also changed the GPU to the 4gb 380 because it performs better for the same price.

Feel free to ask any questions. :)

Solution

I had planned to Overclock the CPU to around 4.8+ if possible, which i thought would be more suitable for the water cooler. Along with the desktop will be used for intensive gaming and video development, so i figured the CPU would of gained too much heat due to the programs and overclocking that would be involved.

If you are going to be running at 4.8GHz and water cooler I would suggest getting a hefty water cooler which would be ~$100. That means you will be spending $250 on the the cooler and CPU in total. At that point I would just suggest buying a Xeon 1231-V3 with an H97 motherboard. Same price, more stable, and will blow the 8350 out of the water in terms of performance.

Oh and you will save a lot of money by ordering parts from more retailers than just Amazon. But if that works best for you then that's fine
