Question I need advice for a system build

Hello, everyone I'm new to the site and I would like your help, I have a extensive DVD collection that I would like to transfer onto a PC and then make the collection available through my home network, (2) PS4's, and a DENON 500 Stereo receiver as well as various laptops and android devices and I don't know what I should buy, I will be buying it from scratch and I am only familiar with Windows but know that I need ripping software for my collection also as well as hardware I have close to 2000 DVDS just to give you the size I'm looking to transfer, most if not all are copyrighted but I do owe them all for legal stuff.
