Depends what game, You can probably play BF3 at low with 5 - 15fps with that build

To people who wish to help 25000rs is worth about $400 in USD/AUD

I don't suggest you crossfire or sli unless your budget for the graphics card it alteast 20-30k EACH.
It's worth crossfire/sli when you do it with a 770 or r9 290 above, where each card cost 30k, summing upto 60k only for the cards. Else, it is best to use a single card as the heat and power consumption is very less and sometimes people have suffered driver problems with crossfire/sli connections too.

AMD build

AMD FX 6300 - 7.2k
Gigabye 970A motherboard - 5.5k
Seagate 1TB - 4k
4GB ram - 2.5k
ATI HD 7790 - 10k
corsair VS 450 w - 2.3k

Total - 31k

The above setup is very good for gaming.
IF you want to reduce here are cheaper options.
Remember, the graphics card is more important in gaming.

You can go for FX 4300 ( 4 core) instead of FX 6300 ( 6 core)
FX 4300 - 6.4k

You can go for HD 7770 instead of HD 7790
HD 7770 - 7.8k
