You could do better with your money. What is your budget and country?

The cooler is unnecessary.
You could save a lot of money on the motherboard.
The psu is not very good.
You can get a better video card and probably a ssd for your budget.

mmm you changed the MB to a B-150 and i want it a Z-170 which more future proof (support the kabylake cpu) and the gpu i read a lot of reviews about the 1060 3gb VS the rx480 and think that the rx is more future proof thant the 1060

Ok the B150 will also support Kaby Lake. Your budget really isn't high enough to spend so much more for a Z170. It's not REALLY any more future proof. If you're that worried about it, the B250 or Z270 are already released. But trust me you would be making a mistake getting a Z motherboard at your budget. You wouldn't even be able to afford a GTX1060 or RX480 unless you dropped down to an i3 or bought a terrible psu.

The 480 and 1060 are a toss up. The 1060 is a little faster but the 480 does have the extra 1GB of vram which may come in handy. It wouldn't be a bad choice to get a 4GB 480.
