What are the exact references for these RAM sticks ?
On the QVL https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/A320M-HDV R4.0/index.asp#Memory
you can find 3200 MHz RAM DIMMS .
As for the exact model, maybe there it is the KLEVV that you indicate.
For the kingston hyperx fury rgb, no HyperX 3200 MHZ model is listed, but that does not mean that your model would not function, just that they have not been tested.
Reaching 3200 MHZ also depends of the CPU you are using, and relies on enabling XMP in the Bios of your motherboard.
As Asrock indicates:
Note1: Memory overclocking (OC) depends on the combination of the memory controller integrated into the CPU, and the memory modules themselves.
