I need an answer

as i said before my computer was formate so i lost every thing on it like photos and videos and i downloaded a recovery program it brought them back but nearly all of them didnt open so please help me to open them

The photo files are corrupted by being partially overwritten by new data. They are gone. You should have made backups of all your photos on a second hard drive.
