I need an opinion on the Gigabyte Gsmart Saga S3

So I've been looking for a decent budget smartphone, and for a while, I had my eyes on the Motorola Moto G (2nd gen)
However, recently, I discovered the Gigabyte Gsmart Saga S3, and it seems to be better than (or equal to) the Moto G in every way - it has a slightly stronger processor, a significantly larger screen (6 inches vs 4.5 inches) and a significantly stronger battery. As mentioned before, everything else about these two devices is pretty much the same, except for the android versions - the Moto G comes with a slightly newer version of android. On top of it all, it costs noticably less than the Moto G.
Now, here's the weird thing - if it's better than the Moto G, and it costs less, why isn't it NEARLY as popular? the Moto G is praised as the king of budget smartphones, but this thing hardly has any mention whatsoever - it has like no reviews online so the only way to make an opinion is by looking at the specs. I suppose it SORT OF makes sense, since it only recently came out and Gigabyte had like no presence in the smartphone market prior to this point, but still, I'm quite suspicious.
Can anyone clarify as to why this device is so out there? and SHOULD I buy it?

I have not seen the Gigabyte phone here in the US. The Moto G is fairly popular here as a budget Android device.

In this case, it comes down to reputation of the manufacturer. With the Motorola, you know what you are getting, but with the the Gigabyte, not so much. With a phone to depend on, I would not be comfortable taking a chance like that.
