Hello everybody, so I got a samsung 850 ssd, and i already have that plugged in and set up, but i also have a Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive but I'm missing two wires that I need. I have the sata cord but I need two more but don't know which ones they are, I have the sata cable but the Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive needs what it seems two more cables but don't know which ones they are. Thanks

Hey there, Dylannn.

The HDD needs only 2 cables attached to it. One - coming from the motherboard's SATA port - data SATA cable and another one coming from the PSU which is a power SATA cable.

Check out the picture bellow:

The left picture is for an IDE drive (it uses an older interface and you can disregard it). What you need to look at, is the right picture.

Hope that helps.

What about those other things next to the cables, there are like little holes, do i just disregard those aswell?

Just as BadAsAl mentioned, you can disregard them. Basically those other things are probably a port for a molex power connector and the other ones are pins for a jumper. But if you want to check different jumper settings you should consult with the drive's manual or the manufacturer's website.

Anyway you should be good to go with SATA power and data cables. :)
