I have an AMD FX-8350 cpu, I love all my cores as they are, but I know I have the option to improve their performance. I also have the AMD Catalyst to choose to "overdrive" my components. What exactly is this? What should i set my speed to? (Default is 4100, max is 4400) How much is too much? Please help, I know enough but am not an expert. Thanks!

What do you have for a motherboard? The best way to overclock is from the BIOS but there as programs like "overdrive", I would use AMD PSCheck ( http://api.viglink.com/api/click?format=go&jsonp=vglnk_143396256150111&key=7777bc3c17029328d03146e0ed767841&libId=iar49ufe01000kb5000DAb3ajvgkg&loc=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.overclock.net%2Ft%2F1374253%2Fwhere-is-the-pscheck&v=1&out=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.overclockers.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2011%2F11%2FPST_3_4_1.zip&ref=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F&title=Where%20is%20the%20PSCheck%3F&txt=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.overclockers.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2011%2F11%2FPST_3_4_1.zip ) it will allow you to change voltage and multipliers in windows. Overclocking can make a huge difference if set right. I would think 4.7-4.8Ghz should be attainable on most 8350's with slight voltage increase and higher cpu multiplier. Good luck. As always feel free to GOOGLE stuff and get more info

Do you know of any good step-by-step videos that I could use as references? That would be great if you did, or articles that I could read? Thank you for the previous answer, it has already helped me! Thanks!
