i need assistance

i had a power outage while linked to game, now it seems
that i cannot get into games online{ at luanch it says
unable to join game} and i cannot ip in either? i checked
my router setts and they appear to be the same as before.
all port forwarding numbers appear to be the same...please
some help i cannot ip in or get into a game....Help PLease!

Hi Frank,

Unplug your router and plug it back in after about a minute.
If you still have the same problem, call the router support,
and ask them to either setup a "DMZ" to bypass the built-in firewall, or open the necessary ports in the equipment with you...
