Google your model number and rom and you come up with this page:

Then click what Operating System you have and there is a BIOS section

If you can already boot your PC with your current BIOS then the standard way to update is to install the ASUS Update Utility from the Motherboard CD-ROM included with your Motherboard. Insert the CD, and select and install ASUS AI Suite 2.

Once you have installed ASUS AI Suite 2 launch it and select (from the Windows Quick Bar ) the Update button followed by ASUS Update. Select Update BIOS to automatically download the latest BIOS version.

I'm sorry the website is in Spanish but for some reason I can't locate an English version. Just select your version of Windows and then click the BIOS button and download the latest version. Copy it to a CD-R or the Root Directory of a USB Thumb Drive and use the Update BIOS option from your Motherboard's BIOS Menu.

please, never ever use Windows to update BIOS!!!
just in BIOS itself by using the integrated flash tool

tnx to all. my mother board have a problem and no boot.i need rom file for flashing by programer.in asus site bios file is ".CAP".so i can not program with this file.

what did you do? was the system booting before? is it a new one and never started up?

Did you try the ASUS crashfree BIOS 3 feature? Extracted BIOS file (rename it to H61MLXR2.cap) on USB pen drive, USB2.0 power on the system wait several minutes

Read the link, cap is efi bios and has another header. Read the posted link how to program. No other way to flash.
