[SOLVED] I need bios update guide

I have B450 elite rev.1 and i have some problems in my memory so i need to update the bios , my current version of bios is F42a which has been removed from the site ( i dont know why)
so can someone pls give me a guide to update to latest version ?

Basically, download the BIOS file from your motherboard support site and copy to USB drive. Unzip the file. Restart. Enter BIOS. Q-Flash. Point Q-Flash to file location and follow prompts. Voila!

And please don't update BIOS in a thunderstorm! =). If the power gets cut, it's a bad day.
