I assume you mean from 32 bit Windows 7 to 64 bit Windows 7? You will have to do a clean install. There is no other way to do it.

You do have to do a clean install, but remember to use windows easy transfur, it'll make it abit easier

You can just purchase a Windows 7 64Bit and then just backup your files, and install the OS and just restore them back. It should work just as new.

You can change 32 bit to 64 bit. You must completely reinstall Windows to do it though.
