Hello Every one! I am planning to build my first costum computer from scratch and I am having a hell of a time with it.

The primary focus of this is just using the Photoshop CC, and pro Evolution Soccer 2018 gaming on 1080p 60hz ips monitor.

I have two plans, and this is the first one:

1. Intel Core i3-7350K.
2. ASUS Strix B250F Gaming
3. COOLER MASTER HYPER 212 EVO.
4. Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050 Ti G1 Gaming (?????)
5.Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 black.?????????
6. Samsung 850 EVO 500GB 2.5" SSD
7.Seasonic Focus+ 550W 85+ GOLD PSU
ATX 12V, 85 Plus Gold, Modular, 2x 6+2pin PCIe, 1x CPU, 6x SATA
8. Cooler Master MasterCase 3 Pro.

I can't choose the best reasonable Ram speed for this build! I am confused between three options: 2400 mhz 8 GB, 2133 16 GB, or 2400 16 GB. I need your help to choose the best option can match with this build.
What do you think about the GPU? Can I go with GTX 1060 6GB without any issues?

Yes I know... for the Cpu, my best options are : i3 7350k 4,2 GHz and i7 7700k 4,2 GHz ( without overlooking) I will not overclock... and the best of the best what I can use for Photoshop solidwork is i7 7700k 4,2 GHz, but I couldn't find the best cpu cooler for it, and I am wondered whether it was wise to use i7 77700k 4,2 GHz on 1080p 60hz!!!!

Well i actually know a few peopel that are rocking an i7 with a 1080p fine and with a GTX 1000 series GPU. Most of the games they play require a lot of CPU horse power as well such as the Battlefield games.

But really i'd just say get an i5 if your just doing photoshop and not going to be doing demanding games.

Well what features do you want on the board?

Also your looking for a 1151 socket board so's you know.
