I need help and opinions!

Does my I5 6660K Bottlenecks my gtx 1070? or should I upgrade to an i7 7770k? I only play games and search the web. And does it make a difference in games?

No need to upgrade, the GTX 1070 pairs well with an i5-6600K in gaming and just web browsing. Only get an i7-7700K if games you play and applications that you use (editing/streaming/etc.) benefit from multi-threading.

Yeah just overclock it if you want to be 100% sure, as an example I overclocked my 5775c to the same frequency as a 7700k (4.2GHz) and it benches pretty much the exact same score. And that's a generation older that yours. So long story short you'll be fine.

I got an h170 pro gaming motherboard which I can't overclock. but I still should be fine.
