Question I need help at laptops systems stats.

Hello,
I was looking for a cheap laptop that can run minecraft java, just in general any version but not too ancient. Also I am not too smart in computers.
Couple of days ago I had found 2 used laptops that are in money range that im willing to spend. Both are same model, but they dont have same GPU ( by the name ). I have seen this model run minecraft bedrock, but it had different system stats. I have trouble understanding and in general finding information about the GPU / APU of the laptops. Im hoping somebody can help me figure out if they can run it.
Laptops I have found : Lenovo IdeaPad 100-15IBY
1 (Cpu): Intel Pentium N3540 (RAM): 4 Gb HDD: 500GB (GPU): Intel HD graphics Gen7 EU (OS): Win 10
2 (Cpu):Intel Pentium N3540@2,16Ghz (RAM): 4 Gb 500 Gb HDD (GPU): GPU: Intel Valley view Coc Integrated Graphics (OS): Windows 10

Here should be older 1.6 version minimum system requirements from 2013 for a example.
Minimum Requirements:

• CPU : Intel P4 or its AMD Equivalent (AMD K7)
• RAM : 2GB
• GPU : Intel GMA 950 or AMD Equivalent with OpenGL 2.1 Support
• HDD : At least 100MB for Game Core and Sound File

So in conclusion, Im asking for help to figure out if these laptops have the same GPU and if it has OpenGL support so it can run minecraft. Thank You for reading.

N3540 will have the same graphics, built into the CPU. That is just different ways to say the same thing.
