i need help badly pls

verify you have the correct video card driver, and make sure your settings are updated to show single monitor. make sure you only are running 1 cable from the monitor to the computer. Don't use both VGA & DVI. also check the display manual. there might be a setting that needs to be adjusted.

download CPU-z from CPUID.com It's free and gives you VERY useful information about your system. sometimes it can detect your video card. Post your mainboard, CPU, RAM, and video card specs. We'll take a look at it from there.

That's not entirely what I was looking for. I saw your specs. The CPU-Z specs will sometimes give detail as to the driver being used. If it identifies your video card correctly, then it's using the proper driver.

If it's not showing correct info, sounds like an incorrect driver. You can try downloading the driver, but sometimes, you have to do a complete uninstall before you install the new one, or it wont take properly.

dont use the auto detect. If you used the auto detect previously, make sure you completely remove the old driver. Download the complete & actual driver for your card. This will make sure all features for your card and system are available. The auto detectors sometimes only install a basic universal driver, or detect the existing driver and update it, regardless if the driver is correct or not.
