I have had ethernet issues for 5 hours on my new pc and I've done soooo much to fix the issue yet it still isn't working. tried 3 different cables that all worked fine on other pcs reinstalled windows. reinstalled driver I did system restore I unplugged my motherboard I checked bios to disable renable it. I updated driver and chipset. I did Bunch of resets like winstock and othets. I have a 2070 super Ryzen 3700x b450 gaming plus max 750w txm power suply. no other parts seemed to have an issue it all boots up very quick I installed Windows onto a ssd nvme m.2 and my ram is 3200mhz Corsair RGB pro. I just don't know what to do. the ethernet light flashes orange when I'm in the bios and when I load windows it turns off completely and won't turn on again

I have been struggling for 5 hours trying to get my new pc built to have internet.
Specs are gaming plus max b450 motherboard
2070 super gigabyte
ryzen 7 3700x CPU
750w power supply txm gold corsair
16gb 3200mhz ram corsair
I have tried everything, unplugged ethernet changed cables check cables on other devices working fine my pc didn't. I reinstalled drivers I updated the chipset and the driver twice. I reinstalled windows. I did a system restore I did a winstock restore. I check the bios the system was enabled I disabled and then reenabled it again. I check my other parts my CPU booted fine it loaded windows ultra quick on my SSD my GPU wasn't having any graphical areas both hard drives being recognised. I have no idea what to do. I keeping getting the same code error 10 which is software or hardware and it looks like hardware I just don't know.

Is your new build able to get on your home network? That is the first step.

I.e., can your computer see other home network devices and vice versa?

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for error codes and warnings relevant to the Internet access failures.

Run Windows 10's built in troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.

Run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" via the Command Prompt.

Maybe this?

"Device Manager>Network Adapters > Double Clicked on motherboard network adapter > Advanced tab
made "Energy Efficient Ethernet" and "Green Ethernet" value to disabled"

That also didn't do anything still no internet access. Even with the Lan controller it says the PC doesnt even have ethernet its not like its failing to connect it says there is no etheret

im using a clean install from the media tool downloaded onto a usb and transfering my product key
It is entirely possible that the network adapter on the motherboard is defective. Take a look inside the port itself (on the back of your rig) to make sure nothing is protruding into the port itself. Also look see if any of the contacts appear to be bent.
