I need help building a briefcase PC

For a very long time I have been wanting to build a PC that matches the PS4 and Xbox one not only in performance, but also style and size. I need to find a cpu that would pair with a mini itx motherboard, that is the only concern at the moment as everything else I have already got, I will be using 16gbs ddr4 ram, a 2gb Zotac 650 ti, a 1 tb hdd and 256gb ssd. And would greatly appreciate any and all help.

The mini ITX board is a very good choice. To make the GPU fit in a briefcase PC, you will need some PCI-E extender cords (https://www.amazon.com/EZDIY-Express-Flexible-Extension-Card-25cm/dp/B01NH0GW7Z/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1508853737&sr=8-3&keywords=pcie+extender). You should really go with more decent GPU, like a 1050 or 1050 ti, to crush the console performance at evrey game.

A 650ti is pretty old and in no way close to a consoles performance so you might want to consider upgrading it.
Are you building your own case or using a premade small one? You can only go so small before you run into major problems. Any cpu and itx board will work as long as you can give it enough cooling.

The teeny Raijintek Metis case is good but hard to build in because it is so small. 10.9 x 7.5 x 10 in
