I am going to build a high end PC in the future, but for now I need a cheap temporary one. I want a build an AMD based build for the temporary (I will be passing this one off to my little brothers) and Intel for the High End (my sister got me the Nvidia Shield for my now ruined PC). Preferably I would like to base the AMD around graphics cards like the new r7 series, and the intel gtx 780. I need the AMD to be able to play battlefield 4 (r7 250 plays it) but it doesn't have to be all that high.

All help is greatly appreciated

both budgets are tower only. I have 6 windows 8 downloads, and 4 4k monitors

4K? Holy crap.

You do know you won't be able to max BF4 at Ultra at that resolution, correct? You'll have to reduce either quality or resolution if you want to keep high FPS.

Same applies to the low-end PC which will barely handle it.

I kind of knew that. For the low end I have a dell 1280 * 1024. How could I max out bf4 on the high end. I can bump the high end budget up, I just like to keep things pretty low

each a 4k, they were gifts from different parts of the fam. I have to get another monitor anyway (for when I give the low end to my brother), what do you suggest?

Personally I'd use one of the 4K when gaming, but use it at a reduced resolution or reduced graphics. For that budget you won't be able to max it, that's for sure.

If you absolutely want another monitor, what resolution and size? Also, 60Hz or 120/144?

honestly, I'm not sure. For a PC that will most likely only play MMO's (Vindictus, ESO [a big maybe],and League) and Battlefield, what would you recommend. My brothers aren't really tech enthusiasts or anything of the like, so anything decent will do.

Also is there an app for tom's forums. My connection is messing up (that's why it's been taking so long to respond)

sorry for the long wait (Term papers, work, and the like). Yes I am in the US
