I need help building a gaming PC

Solution
Looking at your list, it looks like you just picked the first thing that you saw. It works, but if you can save money, then go for it. Do you honestly need an i7? No. However, if you want to render or stream then it helps. You can save yourself a few bucks, and kick down to a 7600K and use a Cryorig H7. I also don't see you utilizing 3000mhz of memory either. Changed some things around and saved a few bucks. The case fans in the S340 aren't bad, and they get the job done.

My recommendation? Get a 7600K, use the H7, and also use a SSD to speed of the computer about. Something like this should help:
