I need help building a new computer! Budget 3000$ or 20.000kr

Hi.
I need help building a new computer for high-end gaming and video editing but still quiet and compact(be able to have a 2 way sli gtx780s)

All i need with this build is a monitor and maybe a keyboard if the budget allows it which is 3000$ or 20.000 norwegian kroner.

So I hope someone out there would help ne make this build as quick as possible!!

24 inch is fine

Okay so this is what I quickly put together: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2LyWh ..... It's over the budget but there is a lot of stuff that can be downgraded for eg. the blu-ray(if you dont need or want one), the mouse and keyboard, the monitor can be cheaper(still same size and resolution), the psu can be downgraded to a 1000w(which is still plenty enough to handle the pc) and the HDD you must just say if the size is right or if you would rather have a SSD. and if it needs to you can downgrade the cpu a little.

It is perfect but can you change it to ssd's for the speed??
The Budget is max 3300

will the second one with the 2 ssd's and 2tb hdd work? the screen in that one is 0.4 inches smaller but still support 180p resolution and psu is now a 1000watt
